5. The Minister may also issue probationary teaching permits to applicants for whom supplementary training requirements are imposed pursuant to this Regulation in order to obtain a teaching diploma, and issue provisional teaching licences to persons enrolled in a program leading to a teaching diploma and teaching authorizations for vocational training.
The probationary permits, provisional teaching licences and teaching authorizations authorize the same teaching activities as the teaching diploma they lead to. They are valid for the time determined in this Regulation, subject to the powers the Minister may exercise under the Education Act (chapter I-13.3).
